Infinite Discs Announced as Official Vendor

Thursday, January 11, 2018

Tournament Director Nate Heinold is happy to announce that Infinite Discs has agreed to be the official vendor of the Discraft Ledgestone Insurance Open. With this, they will carry the largest selection of Ledgestone discs and will be the preferred shop for all Ledgestone disc needs. They will also be the only vendor to carry a special disc that will be of very limited quantity. Discraft and the tournament will continue to handle the AM payout.

Infinite Discs

Infinite Discs is the #1 retailer in disc golf with more than 35,000 individually photographed discs from forty different brands including custom, limited edition, misprint, and fundraiser stamps. includes a robust advanced disc search, thousands of reviews, flight charts, player profiles, disc golf course directory, and a tournament management system.

Alan Barker had this to say about working with Nate and the Ledgestone crew: "The Ledgestone Insurance Open is one of the premier events in disc golf and has helped take disc golf to a new level. Nate is very professional in the way he runs this tournament and puts so much effort into making it an incredible value for professionals, amateur players and charities like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The amount of new releases and limited edition discs Discraft produces for this event is very impressive."

Infinite Discs has been involved in every Ledgestone release, dating back to 2015. "They were one of the first vendors that ever committed to buying discs to support the event. I remember randomly cold calling the shop back in the winter of 2014 and we have had a great relationship ever since. They have trusted me many times over without seeing what they were buying sometimes. We are incredibly excited to continue to work with them," said Heinold.

This year’s Ledgestone Insurance Open will take place August 9th through August 12th. The first batch of Ledgestone discs will be released on or around April 1st. More information about the tournament can be found at
